01 · Diagnose
Start with the symptom and verify the source.
Slow drains, recurring backups, pressure problems, visible leaks and failed equipment can have more than one cause. Access, pipe condition and the location of the failure determine the right next step.
- Visible piping and fixture inspection
- Drain and sewer camera scope
- Valve and pressure review
- Repair-access assessment
02 · Common work
Service for the plumbing your property depends on.
01Leaks, valves & fixtures
Repair or replacement of failed stops, PRVs, faucets, toilets, supply connections and accessible piping.
02Drain cleaning & scopes
Clear accessible stoppages and use camera inspection when the line condition or failure location needs confirmation.
03Sewer & water services
Repair or replacement planning for buried building services, including excavation where included in the agreed scope.
04Repipes, sump & ejector
Targeted or broader piping work and pumping systems based on the property and field conditions.
03 · What to expect
Scope and access confirmed before larger repairs begin.
We explain what was found, what work is recommended and what is excluded. When hidden conditions or additional damage cannot be confirmed in advance, those possibilities are identified before the work proceeds.
Do all drain problems need a camera inspection?
No. A straightforward stoppage may not require one. Camera inspection is useful when backups repeat, the line condition is uncertain or the repair location must be confirmed.
Do you provide excavation?
Sierra's Plumbing can provide plumbing excavation for applicable water and sewer scopes. Concrete, landscaping, traffic control and civil restoration are defined by the specific proposal.
How do I check service availability?
Call or text (720) 633-6123 with the property location and a brief description of the issue. Availability varies by location and current scheduling.
