01 · Test first
A recommendation tied to actual water conditions.
Water can vary by utility, neighborhood, building piping and season. We test at your tap, discuss what you are seeing or tasting and review household demand before sizing equipment.
- On-site water-condition review
- Household usage and fixture count
- Available space, drain and power
- Existing piping and service layout
02 · Treatment options
Different systems solve different problems.
01Whole-home filtration
Treat sediment, unwanted taste or odor before water reaches fixtures throughout the property.
02Water softeners
Reduce hardness minerals that contribute to scale, spotting and buildup on fixtures and equipment.
03Reverse osmosis
Provide dedicated drinking water at the kitchen sink and, when practical, the refrigerator.
04Combined treatment
Pair systems only when the test results, plumbing layout and household goals justify it.
03 · Right fit
Equipment, installation and upkeep explained before purchase.
We review the proposed equipment, connection points, bypass arrangement, drain needs, service clearances and ongoing maintenance so you know what is being installed and why.
Does a water softener also filter everything from the water?
No. A softener is designed primarily to reduce hardness minerals. Filtration and reverse osmosis address different concerns, depending on the water test and the system selected.
Can treatment equipment be installed in every home?
Most properties have options, but the right setup depends on pipe access, available space, drain routing, power and the incoming water service. We verify those conditions before proposing equipment.
What warranty is included?
Qualifying whole-home filtration systems include a limited lifetime equipment warranty. Written equipment, installation and warranty terms are reviewed before purchase.
